“Special” solutions for your business

Most standard CEOs/Leaders are too normal. You think in strait* lines. That helps you raise money, it helps you build a good product. So why aren’t you scaling?

You need to evaluate things as a system. That takes a special kind of person. That difficult in school but too smart for their own good persona.

You need The Tysm.

“Straight*” talk, if you typos unnerve you. You need me.

This is quite a few words for marketing. Elevator pitches are helpful, but in solving systemtic issues. Business leaders who are too busy for 350 words - enjoy years of underperformance.

Why me? Here is a tangent - tangets are good in system thinking.

I like airplanes - A lot. With no professional experience in aviation I write articles liked by the biggest names in Aviation? How? The Tysm. Learning disabilities in one cotext are a problem. Will I sit down for hours on end doing what I’m told? No. But I find out what motivates every single person in your customer journey on both sides of the transaction. You, your partners, your employees, and your customers.

Who are they?

What motivates them?

Your business is less complex than aviation too. I learned how to sell complex commodity data risk management to a publicy traded grain company - with no prior industry experience, and no resources. How?

My brain simply doesn’t care about what anything is supposed to be. It’s indifferent to many social cues, particularly hierarchy and process status quo. Yeah, high school was rough, but I still got an Economics degree from a pretty fancy school. I can’t do most things the way people express them to me. I find my own way - one that is usually much easier than the "correct way.” I simply to not have the ability to grind out anything route for hours on end.

So when I approach a task, I break down the entire system to find short cuts. My attention span is limited, but hyper focused. It needs to be used wisely - Your business resources should be protected with the very same framework.

As one happy client put it “You break down a problem into every single constituent piece and try every single combination of options possible, and you do it in your head… quickly.”

In 90-180 days I will learn all of the personas and give you briefs on every one of them. I will identify where things slip and come up with options. No power points, all briefs. Decks take too much time, the narrative in written form is the story. Scott Kirby, the CEO of United likes to read. The best leaders do. Why not read about your own business?

Simple clear insights into the characters of your business framed around the processes that are not working. This is how I survive in a world not designed for minds like mine.

The more time you can focus on creating results, the better your actual story becomes. Ironically, storytelling is extremely time consuming. Hiring a communications expert resolves that conflict, especially when not billing hourly.
